Enriching the life of a pet who was forgotten, left behind, unloved and abandoned. FOMAS completely vets all animal's, including spay/neuter and microchip. There are application's, contract's and home visit's before the animal is adopted. FOMAS is enabling the Mustang Animal Shelter to be a no-kill shelter, through foster and adoption program.
