Cause Description:
P.A.W.S. is a small 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue as of 6/19/14, formed and run by volunteers in Central Louisiana. Our primary goal is to spay and neuter cats and dogs, prevent needless euthanization of shelter animals, and rescue/foster/adopt abandoned, abused and surrendered animals. We have "adopted" the Pineville Animal Shelter (Pineville, LA) to promote their dogs and cats, raising the funds to save and foster as many of the animals as possible before they are euthanized at this kill shelter. We do rescue abandoned dogs and cats in other parishes, and we help in situations where owners can no longer provide care for their pets and their only alternative is to surrender them to the shelter. We are in constant need of donations and volunteers and welcome your help in any way you can. Donations can be sent to us via paypal at pawsanimalsworthsaving@gmail.com Our adoption fee is $100 for dogs, and $75 for cats. The adoption fee covers the spay/neuter of the pet, one set of shots, rabies vaccination, HW test, and worming.
