This is accomplished through traditional classroom or studio instruction and through innovative applications of arts and academic curriculum. Healing: KVPAC believes there is a dynamic therapeutic value to the Arts to sustain, nurture, and encourage individuals in varied circumstances. Dedicated “Healing Arts” programs accommodate students of all ages with mental and physical challenges. Unifying: KVPAC believes in the ability of community Arts experiences to transcend differences based on race, culture, age, gender, and able-bodiness. Programs and events foster an environment of mutual respect, cultural awareness, and encourage community cohesiveness.
