SAFE - Saving Animals from Euthanasia is a group of volunteers in the Central Virginia area dedicated to rescuing companion animals from local area shelters. We are dedicated to spaying and neutering all animals that we adopt out. SAFE is an affliate of Richmond, VA. SOS.
