Romania Animal Rescue is a United States 501 c 3 established to promote animal welfare in Romania. RAR sets up free spay/neuter programs for street and owned animals, and sends veterinarians from the USA to train vets in Romania on pain-free surgical techniques. We also have a scholarship program whereby RAR, thru donor sponsorships, sends an underpriviliged Romanian student to veterinary university. RAR is no longer affiliated with ROLDA in any way.
